Flow Breath
Flow Breath is a compilation of practice and music combined to create a journey of consciousness within, through and beyond the body using the current of breath and sound within the field of Shuniya, the zero point.
Practicing this technique, we allow ourselves to snap into presence and become one with our actions. Then we discover, innovate, create and become insanely productive.

Hatha Flow
With this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. Hatha yoga places special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture to build core strength.

Yin/Yang Yoga
The two practices of yin and yang yoga are very different intentions, but both are very important for a balanced and healthy body. Yin activity is slow and steady with a sense of softness and surrender. Yang is mobile, and requires appropriate effort. The unique fusion of this class creates the perfect balance of building mobility and strength, while lengthening the muscles within the body. In this class we will practice both the active (yang) and the longer held poses (yin), creating a balance from the inside out.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a longer period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. In this class we will practice the slow moving yin poses in a soft candle lit space.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra literally means yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra can be practiced by anyone. It holds immense benefits for all those who struggle to let go, those who suffer from lack of sleep, trauma, burn-out, and anxiety. It is also highly beneficial and holds great healing power for anyone who wants to experience a deeper sense of peace and re-connect more profoundly with themselves. The practice of Yoga Nidra leads us into a state of harmonious, restful being. When we are in a state of deep sleep where our senses, intellect, and mind relax, we become free from the concepts of time, space and reason. When this happens, brain activity reduces and the body goes in the healing state.

Wall Yoga
Based on the principles of alignment, ‘the wall’ is used as a prop to deepen yoga postures by opening and creating space in the body. Wall yoga can help you focus more on your body’s alignment, enhance the standing poses in your practice (think chair pose, eagle pose, triangle pose, etc.), and it can safely prepare you for inversions like headstand, shoulder-stand, and more. This class is great for beginners and those looking to take their practice to the next level.

Coaching
My coaching style is intuitive, grounded, and deeply supportive. I blend somatic awareness, relational insight, and a calm, steady presence to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom. With compassion and clarity, I gently guide you in uncovering patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for meaningful shifts and emotional grounding. Rooted in the same mindful, embodied approach that informs my yoga and constellation work, my coaching offers a safe and natural pathway toward alignment, clarity, and transformation.

FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
What is Family Constellations?
Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that helps uncover and release inherited patterns, emotions, and behaviors that unconsciously shape your life. Out of love and loyalty, we may carry unresolved pain, trauma, or limiting beliefs from our family system—even when they no longer serve us.
Because families are energetically connected, experiences such as grief, loss, exclusion, or anger can ripple through generations, influencing how we think, feel, and behave today. Family Constellations offers a way to gently acknowledge and release these bonds, creating space for healing and new possibilities. This work can be experienced individually or in groups.
Who Can Benefit?
Family Constellations can provide insight and support for those navigating:
-
Relationship challenges (past or present)
-
Adoption or feelings of exclusion
-
Loss through miscarriage, abortion, or the early death of a child
-
Anger, addiction, or unresolved childhood trauma
-
Divorce, financial hardship, or bankruptcy
-
Mental health struggles such as anxiety or depression
-
Chronic physical conditions, including fatigue, pain syndromes, or illness
By bringing hidden dynamics to light, Family Constellations opens the door to greater clarity, freedom, and healing—for you and future generations.
What happens during a Family Constellation?
In group constellations, the facilitator will select a person from the group who wishes to work on something they would like to change or shift in their life.
After briefly discussing the issue with the facilitator the client (or sometimes the facilitator) will choose members of the group, unrelated and not personally connected to the ‘client’, to represent those involved in order to uncover the hidden dynamics behind the issue.
Representatives connect to what is known as the ‘knowing field’. In doing so they are able to experience sensations in their bodies, emotions and intuitive movements about members of the family system. When doing this it will bring light to the unseen or unknown. Once brought to light, together we are able to begin to restore the orders of love in the family system.
In group Family Constellations, everyone present receives insights and shifts, even those who choose to observe mindfully.
Why Family Constellations?
At times, families or members of family systems may exclude certain members of the family, by choice or through circumstance. For example; a child who died young or was aborted, lifestyle choices, perpetrators, adoptions, traumas, victims of a crime or suicide and others. Those exclusions affect the entire family, even after the family no longer has contact with them.
When ready, family constellations create an inner movement that shifts our perspective about a particular situation or circumstance that has been weighing heavy on our hearts or that we have been carrying around with us, unknowingly. When we shift our soul shifts and settles into a deeper state of comfort. Sometimes this happens right away and sometimes it settles over time.
