What We Offer

Coaching

Flow Breath is a compilation of practice and music combined to create a journey of consciousness within, through and beyond the body using the current of breath and sound within the field of Shuniya, the zero point.Practicing this technique, we allow ourselves to snap into presence and become one with our actions. Then we discover, innovate, create and become insanely productive.

I offer a diverse range of yoga experiences designed to meet you exactly where you are—Flow Breath to connect movement and mindful breathing, Wall Yoga for supported strength and alignment, and traditional Hatha and Hatha Flow to build balance, stability, and fluidity. For deeper restoration, Yin and Yin Yang offer slow, meditative stretching and energetic harmony, while Yoga Nidra guides you into profound relaxation and inner stillness. Together, these practices create a grounded, intuitive, and transformative journey for body and mind.

My coaching style is intuitive, grounded, and deeply supportive. I blend somatic awareness, relational insight, and a calm, steady presence to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom. With compassion and clarity, I gently guide you in uncovering patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for meaningful shifts and emotional grounding. Rooted in the same mindful, embodied approach that informs my yoga and constellation work, my coaching offers a safe and natural pathway toward alignment, clarity, and transformation.

Family Constellations is a gentle yet powerful approach I use to help uncover hidden dynamics within your family system that may be influencing your life today. Through guided exploration, we bring awareness to inherited patterns, unresolved emotions, and generational stories, allowing what has been stuck to shift and soften. I hold a calm, supportive space where you can gain clarity, release what isn’t yours to carry, and reconnect with a sense of belonging, ease, and inner alignment
