You are invited to join us for an introduction to Family Constellations workshop—an intimate and supportive space to explore the deeper patterns that may be affecting and shaping your life.
What are Family Constellation?
You keep repeating the same patterns—no matter how much work you do.
What if the root isn’t just yours?
Family Constellations reveals hidden dynamics carried through your family system—patterns of trauma, loyalty, and loss that quietly shape your relationships, choices, and emotional responses.
When these unconscious patterns are brought to light, something shifts. You begin to feel relief where there was heaviness, clarity where there was confusion, and a deeper sense of belonging within yourself and your life.
Family Constellations are a powerful, experiential group process that gently reveals the hidden patterns shaping/affecting our lives—especially those rooted in our family systems. Many of the challenges we face in relationships, work, money or a persistent feeling of being stuck are not just personal, but connected to deeper, often unseen dynamics such as inherited burdens, family secrets, unresolved losses or issues, or unconscious family loyalties.
In a safe and respectful space, participants explore these dynamics through guided representation, allowing what is hidden to become visible and understood. This work is not about blame or reliving the past, but about restoring a sense of order, belonging, and dignity within the family system. People often leave feeling lighter, with greater clarity, emotional relief, and a renewed ability to move forward with more ease and authenticity. Whether you bring a personal issue or simply participate, the experience can be deeply insightful, healing, connective and transformative for everyone.
You are welcome exactly as you are. No prior experience is needed—just an openness to the process. If you have experience with family constellations you are encouraged to join us as well, the day will benefit everyone!

Yoga Foundations: A 3-Week Workshop Series
Build strength, confidence, and awareness from the ground up in this 3-week Yoga Foundations Workshop designed for all levels and all abilities.
Each week, we'll take time to break down key yoga poses, exploring alignment, balance, and functional movement in a supportive and accessible way. After learning the foundations, we'll apply what you've learned in a guided practice, helping you feel more stable, intentional, and connected on your mat.
This workshop is perfect if you're:
New to yoga and looking for a clear, welcoming introduction
A seasoned practitioner wanting to deepen your practice
Interested in strengthening your foundation
Hoping to improve balance, alignment, and body awareness
Curious about why we move the way we do in yoga

As a stepmother to two children she has raised since early childhood, she has shown up with consistency, devotion, and emotional honesty—earning a bond that is felt and lived as mothering in every sense. She leads with steadiness rather than control, listening deeply, modeling integrity, and offering a home rooted in trust and care. Her motherhood is not defined by biology, but by presence, commitment, and the daily choice to love well.
In partnership and friendship, Jillian is known for her reliability and honesty—someone who meets life head-on and invites others to do the same. Whether as a wife, a coach, a yoga teacher, or a healing guide, she brings clarity, warmth, and grounded wisdom to every relationship she holds. She leads by example, encouraging balance, resilience, and self-respect, and is deeply valued for her ability to support others while remaining firmly anchored in her own values.
