Hi, I’m Jillian Lewis.

I’m Jillian Lewis, an integrated coach and facilitator who helps individuals create clarity, alignment, and momentum in their lives. My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when we slow down, get honest about what matters, and take intentional action that supports both growth and well-being.

My path into coaching was shaped by lived experience, personal loss, and a deep curiosity about how people heal, evolve, and reconnect with themselves. Over the years, I’ve trained in a range of holistic and embodied modalities—including yoga, breathwork, family constellations, and nutritional science—which allow me to support clients from both a practical and integrative perspective.

I’ve spent 19 years as a sales professional and business owner in the oil and gas industry. That background gives me a grounded understanding of pressure, performance, and real-world demands, and it strongly informs how I coach today. I value structure, accountability, and forward movement—balanced with compassion and flexibility.

In our work together, I will offer a supportive, focused space to clarify your goals, identify what’s holding you back, and create a plan that feels realistic, aligned, and sustainable. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to help you build the awareness, tools, and confidence to move forward in a way that works for you.


My Approach

I believe that you already carry everything you need within you—sometimes you just need space, support and gentle guidance to uncover it - to clear what no longer serves you and light a new way forward that feels true to you. My approach to coaching and facilitation is holistic, intuitive, and grounded in compassion, bridging the gap between dreaming it and building it. I create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can slow down, tune inward, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Drawing from practices such as nutrition, yoga, breathwork, energy work, and therapeutic modalities, I meet you exactly where you are and honor the whole of who you are. My role is to guide, witness, and support meaningful shifts—empowering you to cultivate balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of alignment in your life.
