Hi, I’m Jillian Lewis.

Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, I was raised in a loving and supportive family—a foundation that gave me the confidence to follow my curiosity and step into new adventures, eventually leading me to Alberta at the age of 22.

The passing of my father in 2013 marked a profound turning point in my life, inspiring a deep exploration of healing, purpose, and meaning. Since then, I have devoted myself to ongoing learning and growth, pursuing training in nutrition, energy work, and therapeutic practices with teachers and experiences I hold in deep gratitude.

My studies include a diploma nutritional science, 500hr RYT, certifications in Flow Breath, Yin yoga, pre-and postnatal yoga, yoga Nidra, Family Constellation facilitation and Reiki.

My Approach

I believe that you already carry everything you need within you—sometimes you just need space, support and gentle guidance to uncover it - to clear what no longer serves you and light a new way forward that feels true to you. My approach to coaching and facilitation is holistic, intuitive, and grounded in compassion, bridging the gap between dreaming it and building it. I create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can slow down, tune inward, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Drawing from practices such as nutrition, yoga, breathwork, energy work, and therapeutic modalities, I meet you exactly where you are and honor the whole of who you are. My role is to guide, witness, and support meaningful shifts—empowering you to cultivate balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of alignment in your life.

Dream it

Every meaningful life begins with a vision. Dream it is an invitation to allow yourself to imagine what’s possible without limits, permission, or comparison. Dreaming isn’t escaping reality—it’s defining the future you want to grow into. When you give yourself space to dream boldly and honestly, you uncover what truly inspires you. Those dreams become the compass that guides your choices, fuels your motivation, and gives purpose to every step forward.

Build it

Your life doesn’t have to fit someone else’s blueprint. You get to choose what matters, how you grow, and the direction you move in. Building a life that truly suits you starts with taking ownership—of your goals, your habits, and your decisions. When you act with intention and align your choices with who you are and who you want to become, you stop drifting and start creating. The first step is deciding that your life is worth building—your way.
